We have teamed up with our professional chilled couriers and are able to offer a $15 delivery fee straight from our Sydney store to your door or pick up from our friends at Alpha Continental Deli $15.00

How this work?
Place your order by Friday, to have our couriers pick up your order the following Monday and delivered between Wednesday – Friday the following week.
How to place your order?
Shop freely on our website www.narelsmallgoods.com.au for delivery or pick up at Alpha Continental Deli. You can call us to place your order, however all phone orders will be pick up only from the Alpha Continental Deli. Ph: 02 9625 0061.
How do I pay for my order?
All orders will need to be paid prior to dispatch. Online orders will automatically ask you for your credit card details that securely will pay for your order. All phone orders will require credit card details over the phone to take payment. No payment will be available at pick up.
Can I order Frozen items?
Unfortunately no, due to the very cheap deal we have arranged with our couriers its only for CHILLED items. However please follow us on facebook and Instagram as we will have seasonal offers that will allow frozen delivery for that week only.
Will my products such as smallgoods and cheese be fresh at delivery?
Yes, Absolutely. Our meats and cheeses are cryovac packed fresh and delivered by our chilled cool courier service to ensure that they are as fresh as they can be when they arrive. They all come labelled with use by dates and prices so you know exactly how much each item costs. You will also be provided with an itemised receipt or invoice so you exactly what you are paying for!!
Can I order bread and cakes?
Unfortunately no, due to the length of delivery we do not offer bread and cakes as they will spoil before your arrival date. However if you decide to pick up your parcel at our pick up spot at Alpha Continental Deli they will have bread and cakes on offer.
What can I order for delivery or pick up?
All our smallgoods, cheeses, fish, and grocery items. With over 600 products on offer, our online store has a lot more to offer than our pop shop ever did!!
If I decide to pick up from the Alpha Continental Deli when can I pick it up?
Once we have confirmation when your parcel will reach the pick up point ( Wednesday or Thursday) we will send out a text message to inform you that the parcel is ready for pick up. The Shop will have a list of names and numbers for confirmation on pick up. Parcels can be picked up during shop trading hours, if you can not make that time please kindly let us know and will arrange for another time for your parcel to be picked up.

MONDAY – WEDNESDAY 10am – 4pm
THURSDAY – FRIDAY 10am – 5pm
Every other SATURDAY 11am – 2:30pm
