New changes to our delivery and pick up system in ACT effective from the 01st of July 2024.
We have teamed up with our professional chilled couriers and are able to offer delivery straight from our Sydney store to your door or pick up from our NEW LOCATION – SCOTTO’S TRANSPORT.
Sadly, our friends from ALPHA DELI are closing from the 1st of July 2024 and a few new changes will occur, however we have worked closely with our courier team to still make sure you can still enjoy all our products.
We are super excited to announce that our post code area in ACT has expanded and we now can deliver to many more areas in ACT.
Please note: Prices have changed too as unfortunately we can no longer provide the $15 fee as our regular service to ALPHA DELI has finished.

Please Read below some questions and answers to help understand the new changes effective from the 01st July 2024.
How this works?
Place your order by Friday, to have our couriers pick up your order on the Monday and delivered between Wednesday – Friday week.
For Example:
Order by Friday 5th July
Order leaves us Monday 8th July
Order will be delivered to your home or Scotto’s Transport between Wednesday 10th – Friday 12th July.
How to place your order?
Shop freely on our website www.narelsmallgoods.com.au for delivery to door or pick up at Scotto’s Transport.
How much does Delivery cost?
The cost of delivery to door is $48.00. However if you spend over $250 or more you are entitled to our delivery discount of $24.00 which means your delivery will cost you $24.00.
To have your order delivered to Scotto’s transport for CLICK AND COLLECT the fee is $22.00.
(All delivery fees are up to 2 chilled boxes, if extra box is required for your delivery an extra fee of $6.00 will apply automatically.)
How do I pay for my order?
All orders will need to be paid prior to dispatch. Online orders will automatically ask you for your credit card details that securely will pay for your order. No payment will be available at pick up. We only charge your card once your order has been packed and ready for dispatch so you only pay for what is available and weight size.
Can I order Frozen items?
Unfortunatelyno, due to our couriers only travelling in chilled vehicles to ACT, deliveries for both location or pick up are only for CHILLED items. However please follow us on Facebook and Instagram as we will have seasonal offers that will allow frozen delivery for that week only.
Will my products such as smallgoods and cheese be fresh at delivery?
Yes, Absolutely. All our smallgoods and cheeses are cryovac packed fresh and delivered by our chilled cool courier service to ensure that they are as fresh as they can be when they arrive. They all come labelled with use by dates and prices, so you know exactly how much each item costs. You will also be provided with an itemised receipt or invoice so you know exactly what you are paying for!!
Can I order bread and cakes?
Unfortunately no, due to the length of delivery we do not offer bread and cakes as they will spoil before your arrival date.
What can I order for delivery or pick up?
All our smallgoods, cheeses, fish, and grocery items. With over 600 products on offer, our online store has a lot more to offer than our pop-up shop ever did!!
If I decide to pick up from SCOTTOS TRANSPORT when can I pick it up?
Once we have confirmation when your parcel will reach the pick up point ( Wednesday or Thursday) we will send out a email to inform you that the parcel is ready for pick up. Please have your identification ready for dispatch. Please make sure the information matches the information provided at the time of ordering.
