Deliveries
General Delivery information:
We deliver every weekday (excluding public holidays and weekends)
Please allow 2- 3 days for NSW local delivery and 3-7 days for interstate delivery. The day of your delivery you will receive a text message form COOL COURIERS as an indication that your order is on its way for delivery. Please ensure you are home to receive that order.
All orders are packed on WEDNSDAY, THURSDAY, FRIDAY & SATURDAY during shop trading hours. A cut off time of 11am applies for orders to be dispatched the next day during our shop trading hours. Any orders received after 11am will be automatically dispatched the following day.
During seasonal occasions like EASTER and CHRISTMAS we have a strict cut of day for deliveries in order for them to reach you on time. During high volumes of orders, deliveries may be delayed, however NAREL SMALLGOODS will notify our customers once we receive the notice from our courier as an indication of when to expect your order.
Narel Smallgoods uses COOL INTERSTATE PTY TD as a third-party courier to deliver our products. Cool couriers are a professional refrigerated company that delivery chilled parcels and frozen, they are certified and meet all requirements in handling chilled and frozen goods.
Failed delivery:
IF YOU ARE NOT HOME FOR DELIVERY THE COURIER WILL LEAVE THE BOX(S) AT YOUR DOOR, TAKE A PHOTO AS PROOF AND DOCUMENT THE TEMPERATURE. WE WILL NOT TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR PERISHED PRODUCTS DUE TO TEMPERATURE CHANGE AND PRODUCTS LEFT UNATTENDED. PLEASE BE HOME TO EXCEPT DELIVERY.
Fresh produce weight variance: We endeavor to get the weight of fresh produce as close as possible to the order quantity. However, there can be slight variation where the weight may be slightly over or under the ordered amount.
Special requests: If you have any specific requirements or instructions please include these in the order comments/notes during checkout.
Delivery charges:
FREIGHT COST (UP TO 2 BOXES MAX 40KG) extra charges apply for larger orders.
ALL ORDERS $250 OR OVER WILL HAVE A FREIGHT DISCOUNT OF $24 APPLIED, NSW METRO CITY AREAS WILL BE FREE OF CHARGE, OTHER REGIONS WILL BE DISCOUNTED FROM THE AMOUNT BELOW. (Example: Central Coast NSW if order is $250 or over, the freight of $29.00 will be discounted to $5.00)
This discount does not apply to the special Canberra deal we currently have in replacement to our pop up shop.
PLEASE NOTE: our freight charges have recently had a slight increase due to fuel and costs to the couriers.
